Cancellation refund policy

SAUSS HOME CARE PRIVATE LIMITED values customer satisfaction and aims to provide a seamless experience with our home care services and products. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

Cancellation Policy:

For Products
Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may, however, request a return or refund.

Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof of the issue (images/videos).
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refund timeframe – 2 days
Refund credit timeframe – 2 days
Return or exchange timeframe – 3 days

Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for partially used services or non-returnable hygiene-related products.
Custom orders or special services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
